An ice bank is a group of Pillow Plates hung into a water tank. At night, when energy costs are lowest, the plates freeze the water in the tank. During the day, when the energy costs are higher, the cooler is turned off. The ice melts into ice water. You can use the ice water to indirectly cool your products.
