Turbo Products, LLC Announces the Acquisition of the Turbo Division of Vogt Ice, LLC.

Stratford, WI, September 12, 2023 – Turbo Products, LLC, a wholly-owned entity of Omega Thermo Products, LLC, announces the acquisition of the Turbo division from Vogt Ice, LLC. The sale includes all the assets and manufacturing rights to all the Turbo plate products formerly produced by Vogt Ice, LLC. The assets manufactured are Falling Film Chillers and Fragmented Ice Machines.

Starting on October 1, 2023, the Turbo assets will be manufactured in the Stratford, WI, facility. The recent addition to the Omega facility will allow ample space for the new equipment.
